Staff were friendly and willing to serve us breakfast early due to an early departure time. The Krusty Hill restaurant was closed during our stay, but they recommended the restaurant at the Mambo Hotel just 5 minutes walk away, which had excellent food.

Very slow to respond to messages via Booking.com and WhatsApp. We tried to contact them multiple times to arrange a pickup from the ferry when we arrived, but they didn't respond. We even tried phoning but nobody answered. Not until a few hours later, after we'd already arranged our own pickup and had checked in did they respond to our messages. The bungalow had very poor lighting, and the bathroom wasn't very clean. There was only cold water for the shower. The roof and walls were very thin so we could hear the people talking and snoring in the next bungalow and the roosters and dogs barking during the night kept us awake.

Very nice place, clean and quite modern. Get what you pay for.

The bangalows were so kute and clean. Gi, the host makes the difference: he helped me and my friends in a difficult moment in which we had to change the schedule of the trip and organized very great moments in Nusa Penida. Highly recommended! Thanks Gi ♥️

Excellent value for money. I stayed in one of the cute cabins. The rooms are small but with everything you need. The hostel is close to the main harbor, staff are friendly and helpful, and they provide good information on how to move and where to go around the island. Breakfast was included. Everything is for an incredible price!

It would've been nice that there was a bit more of an atmosphere

These bungalows are so cute! The space inside is amazing with a large bed space. The bathroom is nice and spacious as well and they provide towels. There’s also a kettle in the room.

The lighting in the room is very dim. In my bungalow there wasn’t any hot water in the shower, it was only cold.
