Apartamento limpo e muito bem localizado

Ar condicionado muito sujo e não gelava muito. Primeiro quarto é muito pequeno, não cabe nem as malas dentro pois so cabe a cama de casal. Mas a parte ruim da estadia foi o atendimento na recepção que foi péssimo. Os funcionários mal humorados, mal educados e pareciam que estavam trabalhando à força.

Tive o melhor atendimento até hoje, em todos esses anos de viagem… Fui recepcionado por um funcionário chamado Vitor francalin (acho que é assim que se escreve o nome dele ). Muito atencioso, tirou todas as minhas dúvidas, com segurança sobre o que falava, e se colocou a disposição para responder outras caso houvessem futuramente. Está de parabéns pelo funcionário !!!

"Fora a recepção e o elevador o resto gostei"

O ventilador da sala não funciona, cheguei o chuveiro do meu quarto estava com a resistência queimada mais veio um funcionário do Booking e trocou e no sábado o elevador deu defeito e tive que descer 14 lances de escada, e não gostei foi da recepção não se esforçam para ser simpáticos
