The location was amazing. We could do everything by grey and it was Great , very central and clean.

There were no beds ! But just two sofas as beds and very uncomfortable ! For the price this is not acceptable ! Also the view was terrible ! Ces in very dirty roofs and no sun / no light at all ! Super noisy! The door was super light and we were hearing everything from the building

Perfect location, right in the middle of the historic area. Comfy sofa beds, lovely bathroom and kitchen, although we didn't use the kitchen.

Noisy in corridor outside the apartment in a morning sometimes, but couldn't be helped, and didn't really impact the trip, with the location and apartment comfort being the main things.

Apartament is very convenient for four people. Location is excellent, thus all major tourist attractions are nearby. Railyard is 20 minutes walk. Apartment was really clean and we felt comfy there. Paolo is very kind and he speaks English fluently. I liked, that Paolo had taken care of us before we arrived Bologna - Paolo called us one day before arrival and he made everything clear. Unfortunately, electricity went down once but recovering it went smoothly since all instructions provided by Paolo were really clear. I think that electric kettle is a trouble.

Kitchen could be better equipped, there were no tea, coffee or sugar. Also there was too few cutlery.

The sofa bed was not comfortable. The flat was dusty not well cleaned. The kitchen was not well supplied for preparing meals. We had to buy sponges and paper towels. The windows in the kitchen are not opening so while cooking it gets smelly.

Modern design apartment in the center of the center of Bologna. Literally everything was within a 5-minute walk in each direction. Bathroom, kitchen and furniture was new, clean and working. Aircon was working perfectly as well.

The beds are unfortunately not very comfortable. It feels more like a futon than a bed and you can feel the metal frame through the mattress. We woke up with sore backs everyday.
