Great location, tidiness, plenty of space even for three people.

the studio was spacious and quite big for 4 people. it was enough of everything. so I felt like home.

unfortunately, you can hear the noise from corridor outside. especially, at night.

The electricity went down in the late afternoon. We informed the owner/agent (we used whatsap for communicating) what happened and were told to use the key that was in the apartment and go to the basement and fix it. The key did not work. When we informed the owner/agent what happened we were told to try again and were ignored since then. We asked if there is someone to come and fix it but got no reply. We tried to call, and no one answered. In the morning we were told that they wouldn't come over but we might try and ask someone on the groud floor for help. We were left on our last night with no electricity, not being able to charge phones before the trip home, use kettle, hairdryer etc. When I sent an email via booking I only got an email after our check out time who I should ask for help. I seriously can’t remember if the property description included information that if we wish to have electricity that would require walks in the old building basements. I do understand that issues like that can happen and we did try to fix it on our own but we tried a couple of times and the key did not work. 4 of us tried. The issue is that when we asked for assistance we were completely ignored and left with this emergency situation.

Great location!

Perfect location, very close to Piazza Maggiore and main historical attractions. Friendly and helpful host. Close to great eating and drinking locations. Will return and reccomend.
