Live Aqua Punta Cana - All Inclusive - Adults Only

We had the time of our life! The resort was perfect for us. Just big enough and not over crowded. The staff was amazing!! We really felt like we were part of their family while there. Our butler, Raifer, was so kind and responsive. He was the best- Ask for him if you go! We can’t wait to go again next year!

The resort is absolutely stunning. We totally enjoyed our visit and will be a returning customer in the future. The wait staff was so attentive. I requested unsweet tea and although they do not offer it they made it happen for me where ever we were dining. I especially want to recognize Salvador Luis Nathaly Greilin. He was so attentive to my request he had it ready for me at breakfast. Top notch resort and staff. This is a place that is worth the trip. 10 out of 10!!

Everyone is incredibly helpful and kind. The housekeeping lady, I think her name is Angela, was exceptionally kind and helpful. Eric was our “butler” and he was amazing as well. Very thoughtful, kind and generous. My only “problem” is the lack of English proficiency, but that’s not the resorts fault! I understand Spanish is the primary language. That’s why it’s not a 10/10, because my friends and family don’t speak Spanish! Other than that, the food was fantastic, especially Seishin. Jenny was my waitress 3 times & was lovely each night. Ronald was our grill chef & is fantastic. Highly recommend the massage as well. We had a 50 minute Swedish & I felt ALIVE. The hot tub spa was so cool too.

Live Aqua Punta Cana was an amazing property to stay at. Me and my wife chose it for our babymoon and we spent a lot of quality time together. The hospitality was top notch with some challenges with the language but it was expected. Huge thanks to our butler, Eric, he was always eager to help us, after the first 2 days he realized what we needed and reserved our favorite cabanas even before asking. A shoutout to our housekeeping staff Angelina who promptly cleaned our room everyday. Also a shout out to Larylysa who upgraded our room as our booked room wasn’t available.

Great stay! Definitely recommend going to if you want a praceful getaway. If you want to enjoy the best of your experience go to “Wonderpool” bar at the resort and ask for Danilo, Pedro and Rosa they will make your stay worth it. Their hospitality and attentiveness is amazing but what really stands out is their personalities. They will make you laugh, tend to your every need and make the experience a paradise. 10/10

This place is beyond awesome! The rooms were perfect, the food was very good, atmosphere is chill and relaxing, our butler was unbelievable. Raifer was always with a smile and willing to help with anything. Definitely a place to come back to. And we will. All staff were exceptional. Also the beach concierge Josue was beyond great!

Excellent service, the staff is amazing! Very clean, quiet and special.my wife enjoyed her 50th birthday on the 20th...we will be back next year same time 💯😁. The pool room is amazing vip service that we didn't expect...
