Great resort!! Eric was our butler and he is the best!!! He was always around and ready to help!!! Everyone was always willing to help if you needed anything!! Very friendly!!!

The resort is beautiful, the staff is wonderful especially Raifer. He was perfect, we don’t require a lot but he always checked in with to make sure we had everything we needed.

My husband and I traveled with friends in November 2025. From the first Welcome words and Welcome drink my impression was that it will be a pleasant vacation - and it was a very nice and relaxing experience, I liked this place a lot and will be back at some point. We are fans of all-inclusives and go every year for many years to different places in Caribbean, never twice to the same resort, different resort chains - usually 4+ starts to 5 stars. This made me want to come back - I guess it's a feeling that we are welcome here. My friend also said that it's one of the best resorts she went to. Food and drinks were mostly very good, sometimes hit or miss, but nothing is perfect in this world. Ocean was a bit rough and seaweed came sometimes - but what can you do, it's mother nature.

I stayed at Live Aqua with some friends / family for a member’s birthday celebration. We had an amazing time. Being apart of the VIP guest list, we were welcomed with kindness, gentle oil- hand massages and unlimited drinks and snacks from the VIP lounge. Our Junior swim up suite was very cute and relaxing. Room service was pretty fair although there were some items missing when we arrived. However the resort overall was very relaxing. We had a blast at karaoke and the neon dance party with Priscilla and Johwan - the entertainment crew (sorry for butchering his name!), water aerobics/ water cycling and the cooking class. The swim up bar had the best staff (Nerson, Johnny, Miguel and more) and we loved the nearby beach. Although service was a bit slow at a few restaurants, the food was pretty good, especially at the Hibachi and Mediterranean spots! Overall the resort was lovely and we hope to book again in the near future!

An unforgettable dinner at ATL in Aqua Live! Our awesome butler Reynoldo arranged a beautiful special menu just for us, and the warmth and hospitality made the evening truly magical. Huge thanks to Chef Josetelemac for the incredible food, and to Amable Rosa and Ector Comorero for their absolutely top-notch, attentive service. We felt so cared for — short visit, lifetime memory! Highly recommend.

It was just really wonderful. It’s a beautiful place and the weather was fantastic. We had meetings and activities everyday Well, mostly I just went to the libery most of the time and it was great and well taken care of things and the only other place I went was the sports bar and they were very nice there I had wonderful hamburgers everyday and it was fun Yrani my butler was attentive in the building everyday, she used to take me in a golf car to places and made my stay easier
