Live Aqua Punta Cana - All Inclusive - Adults Only

Loved Live Aqua and all of the amenities that it has to offer. Our butler David was fantastic and provided outstanding service. He was attentive and went above and beyond making our birthday trip special. Johnny, Pedro, Josue, and Joel at the pool/beach made each interaction memorable, they were so fun and took great care of us. Appreciate the service from Maria at Miraflores and Patrick at ATL. This resort has great bartenders/drinks and amazing food. I look forward to going back as soon as possible.

We spent 2 weeks at the Punta Cana Live Aqua resort and unfortunately were dissapointed about the Resort. The positive first: Staff at pool and restsurants was really kind, warmhearted and caring. Great people we want to specially mention were Brayan at the pool and beach area and in the restaurants Yohangel, Marielis, Daniela and Jackelin and especially Yeury at the coffee shop and bar area! To all of them a very special special thank you for excellent service and great spirit! Unfortunately there is another side that really was by far not up to standards during our stay - that is how problems are handled and the way and how regular guest are treated with obviously 2nd priority when larger business groups of people come in for company events etc for several days. We did experience some issues with the room and reported to the front desk twice but they never were taken care of. One was that evening room service was only done the first 4-5 days then only one of two beds was taken are of, in 2nd week evening room service broke up entirely. Another problem we had was a very dominant annoying dripping noise in the washroom area and asked the front desk to get it fixed. Unfortunately even after a second friendly complaint it was never fixed. When we reported the issues to the front desk staff, their first and only response was they offered us a free use of a Cabana at poolside and a free SPA treatment (which was not what we were looking for and politely refused) but unfortunately no one fix the issues. It just felt like they thought we were on the lookout ask them for freebies - instead we just wanted them to fix the problems. We ended up not getting the issues taking care of during the entire 2 weeks stay. Secondly, the resort was very busy taking care of various larger business groups spending some days at the resort. The hotel organized receiptons and private dinners/bbq-events however they did not take place in the large entertainment and restaurant area or terrace but in the middle of the resort grounds in front of the guest room buildings with large crowds of people and live music during the evening directly in-front of and very close to our building not respecting the regular paying hotel guests staying in these buildings. Regular guest sevices and dinner options went really down during these days. Various restaurants remained closed in the evenings for dinner several times and resulted in very limited dinner options to 2-3 restaurants and no dinner buffet option. If you know that in advance you can decide if that is what you want to spend your money for. If we had known before our decision would have been definately NO.

From check in to check out, it is all smiles and holas. Some even remembered us from the previous visit. Made us feel like family. Dominga kept our room fresh everyday. Josue and Angelo from the beach, made us feel like VIP. Served us a birthday celebration lunch and breakfast. Moments like them are forever memories for us. Personal experiences are the best. We will make this an every year destination for us.

Out of all my travels, this experience has made it to #1! The VIP service, the kindness of the entire staff, and having David for our Butler was top tier - hands down best vacation I have been on. The food, the options of restaurants and activities just added to the pleasantries. The entire establishment went above and beyond! Thank you, David, for making this an experience of a lifetime!!!

The staff was very courteous and attentive which enhanced experience of all inclusive! We really enjoyed ourselves and will be returning...

I love Live Aqua!!! David and Anthony were great! David stayed on top of things and always asked me if anything was needed. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND for not only me, but also for my best friends. 10/10 resort and I would definitely recommend to anyone! Food, atmosphere, and environment was AMAZING. Thank you David!

We came here for my cousins 40th birthday and it did not disappoint. Food and drinks are good, pools and beach is very clean, and staff is an A+! Daniel, our butler, was the best. If you get him, you’re in great hands :) best part is that it never felt over crowded or hectic. Not sure if it is due to the time of year we went, but we were very comfortable everywhere we went throughout the resort. Can’t wait to return and visit other live aqua resorts!

Live Aqua was a GREAT resort to vacation at. Spent 4 days here in December. Concierge staff was amazing . We had David as our butler and he was great!! Anything we needed he was sure to handle it from food, transportation, you name it. Highly recommend this resort, will be back.

LUIS AND SALVADOR MADE THE STAY SO MYVJ BETTER!! 10/10 staff i would come back just for them!!! The food was middle ground some restaurants were way better than others.
