Live Aqua Punta Cana - All Inclusive - Adults Only

The service and hospitality offered by the staff at this resort is outstanding with many going above and beyond in making the stay memorable. The front desk in the lobby is where it all began with an unprompted room upgrade to a swim out. Completely unexpected and appreciated and no doubt provided because the resort was not super busy when we arrived. Some that are also worthy of mention include Orlando for the kind gifts even though we had no desire to attend the vacation package breakfast, Anderson at the French restaurant who went to the coffee shop to get us a real nice espresso for our dessert, Diana who did the coffee bean goodbye and who got us a needed bandaid because she’s just that sweet, Jandy at Hazur, Joel who brought us loungers to the beach when they were full, Super Dario at breakfast who always has a genuine smile, Santiago at the Japanese who works so very hard on busy nights and butler David who genuinely wanted to know how everything went for our stay when we were leaving. To all we say THANK YOU! If you haven’t watched James the Coolist review of your resort on YouTube - you must. He was right! Uvero Alto beach is a golden powdery sand and much less busy than Bavaro which we love. The spa and boutique feel of the resort is special. That lobby smells amazing. And the value provided for price was great. Our room was always cleaned when we were out at the pools and beach like clockwork. The buffet is very clean and well stocked. Excellent smoothie bar. Lots of fresh fruit like guava, mango, papaya, pineapple, watermelon, etc. Omelettes with any toppings, crepes with multiple toppings, beans, bacon, great bread selection and comb honey! We loved Hazur restaurant, it was our favourite, from the views of the beach to the delightful food offerings. We enjoyed the delicious grilled fish, seafood and the ribs. It is a quieter resort than some we have been to which we did not mind.

We decided on a swim up Junior Suite - our first swim up room. Didn't know it came with private check in, butler service, and VIP status. Our butler was Yrani - absolutely great from moment one. Helping with reservations if desired, daily updates, coordinated changes with bar fridge amenities, and even left surprise drinks in our room ! Food was the best we have had, from multiple all inclusive resorts to a dozen cruises on various cruise lines - Live Aqua stood out. Each ala carte restaurant was fabulous. Buffet for breakfast and lunch was incredible - only disappointment was that we didn't try the lunch buffet earlier in the week! Would have been a regular. But, the beach bar grill, and all other restaurants offered great lunch options. Special shout out to Yohangel in the buffet for friendly service and greetings ! Even a special table on our last day ! Resort was beautiful, from grounds, beach, lobby, cleanliness, pools, and the swim up pool and jetted tub! My wife and our travelling friends agreed we will be visiting again. Even having Air Canada delay our luggage for nearly 48 hours didn't diminish our satisfaction. (Again, special thanks to concierge check in services for coordinating with airport and luggage transport company!) Grounds were perfect size, no need for golf cart shuttles around the resort. I'd give 6 stars and an 11 rating if I could.

I stayed at Live Aqua Punta Cana with my mom, and overall we had a wonderful experience. I’ve been to Punta Cana several times and stayed at multiple resorts, but the food here was truly the highlight of the trip. It was noticeably better than other resorts I’ve stayed at in the past—fresh, flavorful, and consistently impressive. The room was absolutely gorgeous, and the grounds were beautifully maintained. There was some entertainment throughout the stay, the drinks were really good, and the atmosphere felt relaxed yet upscale. We did have a small issue with the phone in our room and room service, but it was minor and didn’t take away from the overall experience. I’ve stayed at Fiesta Americana properties before (their family-friendly brand) and always loved the food, which is exactly why I wanted to try Live Aqua. It definitely lived up to my expectations. Overall, it was a great stay, and I’m already looking forward to visiting their Cancun property next. My mother and I also use the spa while we were there and we both had such a wonderful massage and the hydro therapy pool is totally worth it!

The staff is amazing. Orlando and Marlon provided amazing service to us every. meal. Rossy and Suky kept us very well "hydrated" on the beach. The architecture of the property is beautiful, grounds are very well kept, the rooms are spacious, beautiful, and comfortable. Highly recommend this property, totally worth it. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you for excellent customer service at every point.

Wonderful experience! Beautiful location and the staff were excellent. Raifer, our butler, made our experience on the resort wonderful and easy to manage. Joangel and Dario(Super Dario) gave us top tier service at every meal. The room cleaning staff were top notch as well. Can’t wait to return.

We had the best time at Live Aqua with such exceptional service. Our dinning experience was always spectacular with Keira, Greilyn, Dario, Anni and Jaqueline. This is our 3rd visit and we absolutely love our butler Ivan that made our stay so much better than what we could have imagined. Our stay at Aqua Cana Punta Canawas amazing and something we’ll never forget. It’s where I proposed. The resort itself is beautiful, and the swim-up room was a huge highlight. Being able to step right into the pool was unreal and made the whole trip feel extra special and laid back. Huge shoutout to Daniel and Loreyls for helping me pull off the proposal and providing great service in general. They were awesome to work with and helped coordinate everything, from the photographer to the timing, so it all went smoothly and felt natural. They seriously made the whole thing stress free. Everything came together perfectly, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re thinking about staying here or planning something special, Aqua Cana Punta Cana is an easy yes. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We went with 20 people, the resort is beautiful and extremely clean, every one of the workers were so polite. We had butler service and had Alexis, he was a joy to work with. Very attentive and helpful. Even had a great time in the main pool with Yuley the bartender. She truly made the experience so fun, and Rosa bartending at the lobby bar was a joy. Can’t wait to go back to Live Aqua.

We had a nice stay at Live Aqua. Daniel was very responsive and helpful 😀. The staff provides incredible service and were all very friendly. Our room service was amazing. Live Aqua is a beautiful resort and is perfect for couples that are looking for a romantic getaway. I recommend spending time at the spa. I do wish there was a Dominican restaurant at the resort because the local food is delicious. Overall it was a good experience.

LiveAqua is unmatched. The infrastructure is exquisite, so relaxing and peaceful, but I do have to point out the staff. The customer service is unlike anywhere else, every single thing you could possibly think of...they've got it covered. You can truly just arrive and relax. They take care of everything. Tours? They'll help you pick and book. Food? They'll make sure you're safe from any allergies or sensitivities. Entertainment? They got you! From start to finish, they want to please their guests. They go above and beyond in that department. I cannot say enough positive things, but I hope to sway anyone who might be considering this resort because I guarantee you will not regret it. I will 100% be back, with more friends!
