Live Aqua Punta Cana - All Inclusive - Adults Only

Wait Ifill and comfortable. Downside: They try and upsell every chance they get. The concierge is just a person trying to sell their product that is similar to a discount membership to hotels that you must pay $12000 for 7 years. They also did not have enough lounge chairs at the beach or main pool and it seemed that this was part of a plan to get people to book their outdoor bed cabanas for $125. This was annoying. We liked the place and staff service otherwise. It looked and felt like a 5 star but the aggressive selling makes it feel like a 3 star.

I can’t say enough about our wonderful experience at Live Aqua Punta Cana. We spent Christmas week at the resort and it was totally enhanced by two fabulous and hard working employees Salvador and Yohangel. We were greeted with smiles every morning and often a personal greeting at our table. At lunch at Miraflores restaurant they attended to every detail with the same warmth and enthusiasm about our stay. Smerlyn who was our butler in building 5 also made sure of our needs including calendars every day and taking care of restaurant requests we had. Vacations themselves are great and then you meet some special people who make it better.

Joves Jhon from Transekur was a great driver in a Volvo car during our travel from the hotel to the airport. He made sure we got down only after confirming the terminal and flight details. Definitely recommended for travelling tension free.

The resort was great, we loved our room , the restaurants, pool, beaches, and activities. Our butler Eric was kind, helpful, and always there for us. We look forward to our return in a few months for our wedding.

This was our third visit to Live Aqua Punta Cana. This resort is beautiful and well maintained. The food is better than many other all inclusive resorts we have visited. We really enjoyed our dinners at Sospiro, and Manuel made our experience there very special.  The Christmas Eve themed buffet at Liberi is always very delicious and the atmosphere is very festive. We met Mirian at Liberi, who was very sweet and cheerful every time we saw her. Drinks at the Aqua Club were very good.  We really liked the coffee offerings at Cool Fever.  The beach service at the Aqua Club this year was not as good as it has been in the past.  The small bar that was in the area was not there any more.  Service was unfortunately hit and miss.  Most of the time while on the beach, we got our drinks by walking up to the Miraflores bar. The noise and loud talking in the mornings, beginning at around 0800 (every day), by the cleaning staff was a problem this year, and a very annoying way to wake up in the morning.  Overall, we really enjoy this resort and will return for a fourth trip back, next Christmas.

We have had a wonderful stay and exceptional service at the hibachi restaurant., Miguel Munoz, Amable and Francis were amazing with us! Thank you again for the great service!

Miguel was great. He is an excellent server from seichin restaurant. His boss, Amable is fantastic also. I strongly recommend to dine at this restaurant, Live Aqua Resort

My partner and I went for 4 night and it was the perfect amount of time at this resort. We had the fuego suite with the private rooftop pool and it was perfect for us. Room was amazing, beach was clean, amenities were top class, and the experience was fantastic. Not to mention, the service was also top class. We had a butler named Pedro, and he made sure our stay was the best it could be. For example, we lost one of our phones and he was right on it to find where it was left, and eventually found it at the buffet breakfast. Only downsides would be the distance the resort is from the airport, 45 minutes, but that’s not bad. And the food wasn’t exactly “amazing”, but it still got the job done. For what we paid for, this was truly the best bang for your buck experience and would highly recommend anyone to go if they want to feel like royalty for a week.
