We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were absolutely outstanding — friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The location is perfect, very close to Nine Arches Bridge and Little Adam’s Peak, which made it easy for us to explore the area. The hotel itself is beautiful, well maintained, and very comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional, with a great variety and high quality. Overall, a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back.

Amazing views and comfortable lodging with easy access to nine arches bridge. Staff were excellent. Easy tuktuk ride into Ella for dinner. Excellent and inexpensive massage.

Amazing views from the balcony, walking distance from 9 Arch Bridge, cool pool with views.

Staff were unhelpful, did not want to send a tuktuk to come get us as unable to reach with car. Arrangements were a struggle and took 1.5 hours to get a sandwich. Arranged a tuktuk drop in the morning but the person did not show up so we had to walk with our heavy luggage. Staff seemed like they were on holiday. Room was not very clean.
