L’emplacement est bien si l’on souhaite aller au nine arch bridge, et on est à 10min du centre de Ella en tuk tuk Ça c’est top

Les chambres sont au nord, donc très froides et humides. Ça sens mauvais les canalisations, et les équipements sont très vieillissants. Franchement c’est l’hôtel le plus cher de notre séjour et un des moins biens. On est assez déçu, mais c’est le jeu

The bathroom smelled disgusting The deluxe room had windows all around with very old and dirty looking roll up blinds. The towels and mosquito nets were tired. The pool had cloudy water so would not use. There was one dining chair, one bench so nowhere to sit comfortably. The location was a long way from town. The place was noisy all night with stray dogs howling. This is not worth the money and certainly not 4 star - booking.com you need to go see for yourself!

The staff was very kind and serviceable. Wonderful massage. Good breakfast.

Due to the foggy, muggy weather, the rooms were damp. Nothing ever dried.

The restaurant and the road are just a few meters away, so extremely noisy. We could sleep a bit btw 2-6 am. The wind blows in through the windows and doors, which is not ideal in 16 degrees celsius.
