Tina Nature villa

Nous avons très bien été accueillis à l'hôtel et notre séjour s'est très bien passé pour visiter Ella et faire de la randonnée (Ella Rock). L'hôtel est à une vingtaine de minutes à pied du centre d'Ella, mais en tuktuk ça se fait très vite.

The property has a good view of the 9 arches bridge (if it’s not misty…) and the rooms are quite light and bright with big windows. The bed was also comfortable. The staff were also very nice and friendly. They also arranged for our laundry to be done which was helpful.

The rooms are in need of tlc and better cleaning. There were ants all over the place, The bathroom had a very funky smell to it which made it very unpleasant to use. Mats inside the room were dirty and not sure if they are cleaned between stays. The breakfast is a bit underwhelming too. We booked this villa because it had a pool but we didn’t realise in Ella is often not warm enough to use anyway. The pool area was not very well looked after or very inviting (we never saw any guests use it). The villa is also quite a distance from the town and even the tuktuk drivers from the villa overcharged for the service. PickMe or Uber do not want to come out to this location.

Erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Zelfs toen er in de huidige kamer lekkage kwam in de badkamer, werd deze snel opgelost, maar kregen we alsnog een andere kamer aangeboden. Top service!

Logement très agréable et avec une belle vue sur les montagnes malgré la pluie. Le lieu est un peu excentré par rapport au centre ville mais très bien situé par rapport aux Nine Arch bridge et au Little Adam's Peak, tous deux accessibles à pied. Très bon petit déjeuner

Great accommodation in a fantastic location - less than a 10 min walk from the Nine Arch Bridge! Very peaceful too. The staff were super attentive and lovely and we got a lovely massage from the spa there too.

The weather wasn’t great so we were unable to use the pool but that couldn't be helped!

It was a ‘wow’ moment when we stepped into the room. Everything was lovely and such a great view of the bridge. Perfect end of town to explore, we walked everywhere and found it amazing
