Palazzo Massari

One bad problem was that the place was closed (building door locked and nobody at reception) when I arrived, although I had paid reservation. Called and the woman said that she sent some email on the day of arrival, but obviously people are traveling on the day of arrival ! In general there was nobody at the reception. The building is old, and the terrace unkept. The AC in room was poor and the furniture old, the room was very dark (very dim lights), and towels worn-out. This place does not have any breakfast. The price should be lower for what is offered.

Die Gastgeberin Emma ist sehr freundlich. Sie lebt die Gastfreundschaft, das ist vermutlich in ihrer süditalienischen Kultur. Man kann ihr einfcah schreiben wenn mna irgendwas hat, respektive am Morgen ist sie oft im Haus irgendwo am arbeiten.

Chambre très spacieuse et propre. Immense terrasse très agréable. Proximité de la gare et du centre-ville. Ascenseur. Le linge de lit sent très bon !

Les équipements ne sont pas en très bon état (robinetterie de la douche, mobilier de la terrasse, poubelle cassée). Difficile de se faire un thé (pas de bouilloire et tasses à café).

Stanovanje je zelo lepo in urejeno ter čisto, kuhinja je dobro opremljena, na voljo so bile tudi osnovne potrebščine za kuhanje (olje, kis, sol itd.) ter kava, kar je redkost. Je na odlični lokaciji blizu starega mestnega jedra, a ni hrupno. Stanovanje ima tudi veliko teraso. Internet je hiter. Najbolj pa smo bili veseli prijazne gostiteljice Emme, ki je bila zelo odzivna in s katero je bilo zelo prijetno poklepetati.

Emma foi muito atenciosa e simpática, check in prático, local bem próximo à estação de trem, amenities deixados no quarto foram ótimos.

Quando chegava a noite, ao entrar era tudo bem escuro, um pouco desconfortável.
