Apt. is exceptionally well equipped with everything one needs for a comfortable stay. We very much appreciated the thought given to providing local info. as well as directions for using washer, coffee maker, etc. The view exceeded our expectations, but it required walking up 80 steps (no elevator) to earn it. A short walk for shopping and nearby sights, and convenient to public transportation for downtown Porto, and a very comfortable and pleasant stay in a spotless, cheerful apt. with an exceptional view.

Lack of an elevator is something to be aware of if you have any mobility issues - was not an issue for us at all. The building is situated above a small outdoor seating and parking area which made for groups meeting up/gathering throughout the day, and loud noise late into the night, something to consider if you, like my wife, are a light sleeper, and only reason for the 9 rating.

The space was clean and stocked with some of the things that we needed, like plates, glasses, knifes, etc. It also had a washing machine which was nice. Beautiful view of the river from the street outside. It was walkable to many of the sights, about 15-20 mins to most places, albeit, uphill in some cases. But, that is Porto...lol.

We had some issues with the door on arrival. We entered the code multiple times but, it would not let us into the room. We then used the link to access a remote unlock option and it ended up unlocking the apartment next door...not our apartment, which had people sleeping it in. A bit awkward to say the least. We called and they fixed the issue going forward, which was nice. The bed pillows were really flat. Not great for sleeping. The bathroom was really small and lacked any storage or even a meaningful sink space to put a toothbrush, etc. There was also no dish soap, which would have been nice for us to clean some dishes prior to leaving. Finally, we felt safe enough but, the area does have a rougher vibe to it.

Qu'on nous annonce que l'équipe Liiving privilege l'accueil personnel à l'arrivée mais en fait l'accès au logement se fait uniquement par codes. Nous n'avons vu personne. Il vaut mieux pas parler d'un accueil personnel dans ces conditions.

Es ist nicht transparent, wenn bei Booking. com mit tollen Fotos zur Aussicht und kleinem Balkon geworben wird, das App. dann nach hinten ein Schlauch mit 4 qm in einem Schacht hat. Wenn dies der bei Booking angebotene Kategorie ist, sollte dies auch so beschrieben werden. Deshalb passen Preis und erweckte Erwartung nicht zusammen. Ich habe dies auch so formuliert.Die Vermieter haben reagiert und ein Frühstück liefern lassen. Sehr nett. Das Thema bleibt aber.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem historisches Gebäude und ist sehr geräumig. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Check-In hat mit einem Türcode einfach geklappt. Wir haben direkt vor der Unterkunft einen kostenlosen Parkplatz gefunden. Die Lage war dafür fantastisch, nach nur einem kleinen Spaziergang ist man mitten im Stadtzentrum. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und man kann sich gut versorgen.

Das Treppenhaus ist sehr hellhörig, was auf Grund des Alters des Gebäudes aber zu erklären ist und hat uns nicht weiter gestört hat. Das Bad ist sehr klein und hier und da hätte es sauberer sein können.

Assenza di ascensore, per noi solo piccolo disagio per salire al terzo piano ma può essere un problema per chi ha limitazioni motorie. Bagno attrezzato ma molto piccolo.
