The Belmont Inn

After a long drive from Boston, we arrived at the gorgeous Belmont Inn to be greeted by Kim. A lovely welcome to her quaint, quiet & peaceful Inn. The property itself is a 5/10 minute walk to the harbour and Camden itself is a must-see. The bedroom was really clean, bed super comfortable and we had the best nights sleep. Breakfast was delicious and just what we needed before setting off on our next stop. Thank you Kim & team - we had a lovely stay! Hopefully see you again soon.

The Belmont Inn and its Innkeeper are charming. Camden is a fun little town. Beautiful scenery overall with a beautiful garden on the Inn property.

We loved our (too short) stay at The Belmont Inn. It was a beautiful, cozy home perfectly appointed as a bed and breakfast. Our host, Kim was welcoming and helpful with tips on where to go for a great meal. (The Waterfront Restaurant!) The room was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with extra attention paid to all the details. The wraparound porch was perfect for an evening nightcap and morning coffee. The grounds were a fabulous explosion of colorful flowers. The location was perfect- close to shopping and restaurants, but off the main drag. We’d definitely recommend The Belmont Inn to friends traveling to the area.

Host really cared about our comfort. Close to the cute downtown area and harbor. Nice breakfast.

What a gem this B&B was! My husband and I visited Camden from DC for our friends' birthday weekend, our first weekend away after our second born arrived and Belmont Inn owner Kim helped make it a carefree, relaxing weekend. The Inn is beautifully appointed - as a rookie blue and white china collector myself, Kim's collection dazzled! Shout out to the [communal] mini fridge and ice maker in the hallway. As a breastfeeding mom, those two things helped me to store my milk comfortably. Breakfast was lovely - in addition to daily fresh fruit we enjoyed ginger scones, blueberry lemon bread, a sausage biscuit breakfast casserole and waffles with Maine blueberry compote (!) all served by friendly Catalina. AND perhaps one of its best features, the Inn is in walking distance to the delicious Cafe Louis Costa Media, Camden harbor, and all Camden has to offer. We are total B&B novices, having only stayed at one other B&B before and generally opting for hotels on the nicer end, but this experience left us feeling encouraged to seek them out more often. Kim is awesome! Wonderful B&B. LOVE the old world charm. Oh the Flowers and the Garden! Everything works and totally comfortable. Split A/C for individual rooms. Bottle of water upon arrival in room, cookies in the living room for grabs all day, lovey breakfast and great coffee for a quick send off in the AM. A great visit. Would go back again!
