The Belmont Inn

My first experience in a bed and breakfast. Kim was very welcoming and made my experience something I will never forget. My daughter and I made very special memories at the Inn and around Camden. I highly recommend staying in her beautiful home.

Delightful B&B. Breakfast was always fantastic—fresh fruit, good coffee, freshly baked items. Quaint rooms. Clean. Everything worked. Old and charming. Very convenient to downtown Camden and harbor. Kim, the owner/manager, was helpful responsive and friendly.

Lovely inn. Kim was very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the breakfasts and found our room to be very comfortable. The bed was delightful! We appreciated having coffee available early in the morning. The inn was a nice little walk to town.

Bed and breakfast in walking distance of town. Great ambience, porch, flower garden yard. Wonderful cooked breakfast, cookies in afternoon, Had a room upstairs, no elevator if you need that. Hostess so helpful w recommendations. Reserve early, books in summer well in advance.

Beautiful inn. Kim has lovely taste and the art and decor are wonderful. Sometimes I find B&Bs a bit cluttered with decor, but not here. Just very serene blues - makes you want to sit and relax in the living area. We stayed in the Governor Davis room with a king bed and a pullout sofa (twin? It seemed larger than a twin, but not full size either). The beds were comfortable. The temperature was changeable outside (warm one day and cool the next) and Kim made sure we were comfortable. All of the rooms are on the second floor, so not truly accessible. But Kim carried our luggage and allowed us to store a mobility scooter on the first floor. The tub in Gov Davis room is slightly deeper than average. The shower doesn’t look like much but both of us agreed that it must be magical. The shower was so relaxing and felt great even with just a simple shower head. Breakfast was good. Kim made sure she accommodated food limitations (one vegan and one egg yolk intolerance). Overall, a peaceful and relaxing experience.
