There are small details in the apartments that make it comfortable. The host meets the guests to give us the keys. He is very considerate.

"Nice cosy apartment"

The owner was very nice. He gave me plenty of information about the location and how to get there. Promptly replied to my request. The rooms were clean. Great location.

The sink in the bathroom was a bit blocked and water ran very slow. Only one closet was available for four people. (Other two were locked up)

The apartment is located close to the center in a residential area. The host was waiting for us and was very helpful with recommendations on the nearby sights and restaurants.

"Well located, friendly host - Clean apartment !!"

Host is really friendly! The apartment feel spacious and is located near public transport. Rooms were clean and well organized. About 25 mins walk from Okayama station. If I come back in Okayama in the future, I will book back at this apartment!! Host have a folder with attractions to see around Okayama, which is super helpful: Thanks again :)

The main room doesn’t have any door. So at night you can hear passing cars quite well. Other then that, everything else was amazing!!

The apartment is quite large by Japanese standards with a balcony which overlooks a carpark but which is good to dry clothes.

The apartment is rather drab, and is next to the lift shaft which means it is quite noisy. Instructions to find the apartment presume that you are able to recognise a building name given in English but which is signed on the building in Japanese. The apartment is in a down market part of town but is well serviced by the tram.

It was clean and functional, everything was as described and quite spacious. Good instructions and suggestions for visitors.

The building was a bit bleak and lift unpleasant and dirty. Apartment lacked any charm and the lighting was too stark for my liking.
