Killington Mountain Lodge, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Located not very far from the main road, very peaceful. So grateful that they are a pet friendly resort.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this resort. The room was beautiful decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and it was very well appointed with a refrigerator freezer microwave and a safe. But what we enjoyed the most was the staff members at the property. It ran like a well oiled machine. Everyone there could not do enough for us and always with a smile. A special recognition to Amber she always spoke positively about anything and anyone at the property. She should be Hilton’s brand ambassador. She is so well spoken and diplomatic. That is a testament to her supervisor Shannon, who also went above and beyond to make her guests comfortable. Tracy, at the front desk, checked in with us several times to make sure we were comfortable and Johanna made sure our room was spotless and cleaned on a timely basis. We look forward to returning in the future.

It took forever to check in and the tv in the room didn’t work.

Pleasant stay

The property, rooms and hot tub area's were all clean. The staff there were very polite. We loved our stay and will definitely be back.

Front desk staff need professional training. One wore a nice top, the other's attire best for winter plowing or digging dirt. Hair styling advice recommended. Grooming lessons! Noisy, cackling laughter, loud talking with other staff while checking in guests unprofessional. Windows in our room couldn't be opened. One missing a handle. Screen on the other ripped in several places which would have allowed black flies into the room. One heavy drape missing a pull rod. Door to room had to be manually latched-potential security problem. The house phone didn't work. I needed additional towels. When I headed to front desk to request them and report the malfunctioning phone, I saw a housekeeper in the hall and started to talk. She said in Spanish, I think, she didn't speak English. I was frustrated, grabbed towels from cart. As I walked away, she uttered some phrase whose tone wasn't nice. Baseboards in first floor elevator alcove filthy. Elevator very shabby. Pub: high top table & two out of four chairs wobbly. Carpets dirty. Food tasty sandwich cold. Server personable, polite but needs training on how to present orders to a table. No follow up. We visited after over a decade away, previously lived there 20+ years. We remember when the lodge was in its heyday, known for high quality in all areas of operation. In general, based on our brief time there, those days are gone. The facility now has a tired look to it with attention to service and maintenance details lacking, sad to see.

Nice stay

Room 226, needs some work done to the shower. It has a constant leak if you are not able to push the lever beyond tightened.

Very clean and decorated nicely. Staff very helpful and extremely friendly.

Very upset last couple times I have arrived I had payed for Buffett and there is t one I have payed for buffet and I don’t get food from Starbucks and that’s what they give us They have dark roast coffee and I do t like it I’m very upset I payed for something we can’t get
