Friendly staff, that’s about it. There is no pool, what you see in the picture is a jacuzzi with a fire pit that is never on. Also, is that the designated smoking area? People seem to think so. A $10/day parking fee, ridiculous for this area. Renovations underway but it doesn’t look like our room was completely done or that was a lousy job. Breakfast on Sunday at the “restaurant” was chaotic and definitely nothing fresh. The server was very nice and attentive. Scrambled eggs out of a bag, mushy pancakes, nothing fresh. During the week breakfast is at the Starbucks coffee stand at the lobby, sandwiches tasted better but at 8am there was only a few left. No one knew about the so called movie room. For the price, please stay somewhere else, not worth it for the summer at least. I’m done with Hilton.

Shower leaked, toilet and sink were slow to drain, no decaf coffee at their breakfast room, no cream cheese for bagels. Ended up eating breakfast at Backcountry Cafe which was excellent located down the road. Room had a skylight with no means of blocking light early in the morning. Alex at Front Desk was helpful.

Very nice place

Our room was not ready when we arrived at 4:20. The person checking us in was very apologetic and offered us a glass of wine, and breakfast. We really appreciated that!

Views were spectacular

The room was fine although the sink drained very slowly and the shower head stream was very weak. Note that you have to pay for parking: as of this writing it's $10 per day. Staff is limited and the restaurant is out of commission, whether as a result of remodeling or some other issue was unclear to us. The only place to get food was in the pub where the bartender had the odd habit of blasting the music while also enjoying the sound of the TV. While there was a food menu provided in the pub it was open to question as to where that food was coming from. So we decided to eat elsewhere.

The hotel is in the midst of upgrading. I was disappointed that there was no swimming pool as I believed there was one. All of the attractions in the area were closed which disappointed my grandchildren and myself. The room was above and beyond excellent.

The hotel is in desperate need of renovation. The carpets walls doors are all pretty gross. The beds are comfortable but the place is overall sub standard. Our shower didn't drain and there was sewage coming up through the drain. It was not a place I'd return to.
