"Find somewhere else to stay"

This hotel was understaffed and had a lot of deferred maintenance needed. Only one woman was there to greet three buses and get all their luggage to the rooms. I felt sorry for her. I was with a bus tour, and the hotel was to provide breakfast. They put the food for our tour out in the lobby, where all the other guests helped themselves and sat in our private room. We ended up eating on our laps in the lobby. The toilet in our room did not flush properly, several light bulbs were burnt out, there was no clock and only 1 chair in the room for 2 people. Not worth the price.

"Lovely mountain lodge"

The room was updated with a comfortable bed. The fire pit was a nice touch by the large hot tub. The staff were friendly and helpful. The drinks in the bar were expensive. It was annoying to be charged for parking when they had a huge parking lot; how else can you get to the lodge unless you drive?
