Paulaner am Dom

Our room was beautiful with a wonderful view and in a great location. The valet was very quick. We would definitely stay here again and also recommend.

We booked a premium double with a balcony, and it was worse than a small dorm room and the balcony looked out at the street with awful apartments opposite!. The photos online misrepresented this hotel completely. We complained and were told they were full, so no other options. Thankfully, the door to the patio was completely broken and falling out so they had no choice but to move us to another room (even though they were full!). We were grateful that it was a two bedroom suite with a balcony looking over the cathedral (as expected from the photos). The breakfast was decent, but on our last day I noticed that the bread was extremely moldy. It had been in the bread bin for days! They removed it but it put me off completely. I would NOT recommend this unless you want to be right next to the cathedral, over their very thriving and noisy bar/restaurant.

Could not have asked for a better location. So close to both a parking garage and public transportation. In the same plaza as the cathedral and right around the corner from the heart of old town. Staff was friendly, room was well maintained. Breakfast was fairly typical European style, but plentiful. Be warned late sleepers, the cathedral bells will wake you up!

The location of this hotel is a major highlight, nestled in the charming old town and right next to the iconic Frankfurt Cathedral. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the staff member who upgraded me from a single to a double room was lovely. Just be aware that the double room, while appreciated, has a standard double bed that could feel small for two occupants. Also, the room's proximity to the restaurant below meant some noise in the evening, although this did improve after 11 PM when the restaurant closed.

The hotel is next to a Frankfurt Cathedral! It’s walkable to all the tourists spots. The staff were very accommodating to our needs

Felt welcome from the moment we walked in. Breakfast was just right! Restaurant on property has good variety for dinner. Location is absolutely the best! You in the middle of best architecture, shopping, entertainment, but you can relax and rest in a quiet room. Design is outdated, but all well functioning! If you look for luctury

The hotel was clean, had a wonderful breakfast buffet, and the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, my room was located on the streetside and I couldn't get a good night's rest for even one night due to the noise from a pub across the tiny street where the hotel is located. I recommend asking for a room away from street noise. Otherwise, great hotel and restaurant serving amazing, traditional German food and beer. I will stay there again, but I'll be sure to ask for a quiet room.

It was fast for 2 days and we covered it all

Great smooth quick check-in young lady. 10 ++/ AA +++ stay. Great WiFi. Nice clean room Elevator. New and modern room and bathroom, GREAT view of the Dom from the room. Can walk to all city historical sites. Parking was a little issue since they do not have parking. The public parking closes and is an issue if you have an early flight out of FRA airport, but it all worked out fine, No 24 hour desk. Still a vey lovely stay. Daniel- USA
