"Great hospitality."

Issue with the door pad not working, not letting me in with card. The management did their best to resolve and fix asap. Also offered compensation for the inconvenience of fixing the door which was a first in Iceland, A+ on the hospitality side. Room was nice. Was able to open window and use provided fan to get room to a comfortable sleeping temperature. Only negative was the horrible low flow shower head which might be more of an Iceland or city issue. I would stay here again.

"Aurora wake up call!"

Loved the heated towel rack on the bathroom and they called when the auroras came out. Walkable to food. My stay was great!

Breakfast was delicious, kudos to the lady’s running the kitchen. Spa was supposedly available for a fee but I didn’t pay it

No restaurant in the hotel. Walking to a local restaurant in poor weather was not fun. The breakfast buffet was okay, but not as good as some others.
