Hotel South Coast

El hotel es muy agradable. Localizado justo en la capital. El desayuno muy bueno y variado. Su personal es amable. El único inconveniente es que su estacionamiento es muy pequeño así que muy pocas veces existe la posibilidad de estacionar en el hotel por lo que hay q estacionar en la calle (que es seguro hacerlo) pero hay que pagar por dejarlo en la calle.

The property is well renovated and clean. The breakfast is good too. Good for a quick stopover.

Good up and coming location. The only negative is that I was given a handicapped room and questioned about it and was told that was all that was available. I found that hard to believe because I had booked months in advance. In end it wasn’t that bad.

It was a great experience. For sure mind blown me. Only downside is that the room we stayed at wasn’t as big as we thought. Felt very tight. But my sister and brother in law had the same kind of room they booked and they said it was pretty big. But overall I would totally recommend the hotel and if we are back in Iceland. Would go back to that hotel.

Nice staff, easy check in, has a wine bar at the reception if you want to take away some wine/beer to your room. Nice morning breakfast. Free parking. Comfortable room and play to stay before starting the golden circle. Would stay again.

Hotel was ok. Staff and breakfast were good. Bathroom would get a sewer smell on and off which was off putting. Mini fridge in the room didn’t work. Pillows weren’t great.

Kind of a run of the mill place. It was a good starting point for our drive around the the Golden Circle. Its on a busy street, but there is a nice walking area about a block away that is along the river. The breakfast buffet was good.

Lovely spot, close to shopping and restaurants. Comfortable beds, plenty of hot water and delicious breakfast.

Pros: good location, nice breakfast, comfortable beds. Cons: no shampoo/conditioner, pretty basic facilities
