"Superb"

Quiet room with plenty space, well decorated and good facilities. Beds were very comfortable. Location is very peaceful. Host was very nice and available. Parking available.

"Overall very good with Chris a very pleasant, kind host. t"

Continental type breakfast suited us and was more than adequate. Host Chris was very attentive.

Hot water supply to kitchen and bathroom sinks not adequate but the shower was excellent and gave continuous hot water for our bathroom (room 6) and was an excellent facility.

Very clean, very good information provided. Comfy bed, lovely linen and towels. Wonderful breakfast with plenty of choice and freshly prepared. The host was friendly and helpful.

"Great B&B to visit the Suffolk Coast"

Very confortable, clean and spacious room. The hosts are so nice and bring you a fresh breakfast in the morning, which we enjoyed in the garden. All the facilities we needed and great location to visit the Suffolk coast.

Would have been nice having eggs or a protein for breakfast but really enjoyed the freshness of the ingredients
