Most upsetting was the fact that the hot tub was not accessible for the full use of our stay and was locked at 9pm!! I still have not found where this is stated in the terms and conditions. When advertised as having a hot tub I expect to be able to use it for the duration of my stay! I suggest this is put at the front of the details so customers are aware! Double bed upstairs was way too soft and could also feel springs. Needs mirror in every bedroom. Bathroom door not on hinges and most doors were noisy on opening.
AEIf you travel by car, then it is central between Stirling and alloa which was good for us. private Hot tube which is cared very well by owner and cleaned daily. Very friendly staff who are welling to help and assist. The owner doing thier efforts to maintain lodges in very good shape.
Some beds and pillows where not comfortable. Hot water automatically stopped on 3rd day of our stay. Staff tried to help us with it but anyway we were checking out on the same day. Instruction to check in and find the key and may be board signs where not that clear to us to find the lodge. The Lodge was not having good sound proof walls
