The property is right in the heart of the city, on top of a mountain. It gives you a wonderful view of the city.

The staff were so unprofessional and unwelcoming. When I arrived Friday night, I was kept at the reception for more than an hour without being checked in. Their room service is the most unreliable and takes their time to assist you.

The hotel is central and easily accessible from the Maseru border gate.

For what the rooms offer it is overpriced. You get charged for four people (2 adults & 2 kids) and the room size does not accommodate the number. You feel squashed with the sleeper couch living limited space to even move around comfortably in the room.
