Everything! From the friendly staff,the beautiful hotel and room,cleanliness,great food and the eagerness to help when needed. We had a phenomenal stay and I cannot imagine staying anywhere else, should the opportunity to visit Lesotho come again.

Security huards and porters

This establishment is in a terrible state of disrepair, and the service is equally poor. The entire hotel seems to be falling apart. For instance, taking a shower floods the entire bathroom floor. The furniture is no better; the couch is visibly dirty and very uncomfortable. The balcony is filthy and structurally unsafe. Furthermore, the reception desk phone never gets answered, making communication impossible. The bar and restaurant service is also subpar. Overall, this was a profoundly disappointing experience that I cannot recommend to anyone seeking a comfortable or well-managed place to stay. Avoid this hotel at all costs.
