What I liked about the hotel is that it's conveniently located and close to koat of the things around Maseru.

What I didn't like is that the condition of some of the furniture's. We had to change rooms three times due to unsatisfactory conditions. When we arrived, they booked us a room with a broken couch, and we saw it when we were about to sleep with our kid's and they had known about it before but not fixed. The shower door is broken and not fixed.

It is central and accessible.

Noise pollution from the downtown shops loudspeakers which I believe can be silenced or controlled by the city council. They charge nightclub prices for liquor

Location

The arrogance of the staff because they know that there are no other hotel options in Maseru. The rooms are interlocking and I could hardly sleep due to the noise from the other room. Also, fear that the other person could access my room whilst sleeping through the interlocking door.

The Superior room. Beautiful!

The room was nice. It waa quite. But the size is small. Its like a standard South African Room. They could've also done a bit better on the room. The vent system in the shower wasnt working as well. The aircon works, But only after switching it on for 5 minutes and waiting for it to 'warm up'. Otherwise. Beautiful!!

The location of the hotel and the staff were very good.

Breakfast selection was too limited for a hotel of that size. We didn't get value for money on this aspect.
