Budget friendly. Was clean in general.there wasn' t any bad smells or dirt or dust.

The one who answer the phone is not polite or professional. Even though the room I booked through booking.com was mentioned as available to book on the platform, after I called them said it is not available and I should have to upgrade to a slightly pricier room.
