The receptionist should learn how to address nicely to their customers ! very bad place

The Staff was so bad ! The owner or the receptionist called us in a rude way ! they don't even know how to respect to a customer and a person ! the first worst experience in booking.com history and this place is not suitable for any travelers . I do not recommend this place for any one who is looking for peaceful stay

Receptionist wanted us to come before 9.30pm cuz he needed to close the gates. Did not receive the originally booked room. They did not even prepare to welcome us. Not received every thing that mentioned in the features list. Water leaking from the light on the bathroom roof
