A rundown, dirty, old motel. Smelled of cigarette smoke and dog upon entering. Burnt out bulb in lamp, dim lighting, sink backed up, toilet ran off and on all night. Numerous spiders and other bugs. Do not stay here.
No food, I thought the bed was ok but my husband did not
This is a very basic place to stay. No amenities. Good for passing through and needing a simple place to stay.

If you need a place to rest your head, these rooms will suffice. There's very little else to say about this property.
Dripping sink faucet, unclean shower walls. Host on site at time of check in didnt speak english but used translation phone to ask if I could go to a store to get tortillas.
The property was clean, We stayed in the Executive suite, A little dated but a good value and was a very nice stay.
Spacious
Old outdated, needs repairs. TV didn’t work. Lots of highway noise.
Overall good for the price. Good location at Shadow Mountain Lake between Grand and Granby so easy to get to all 3 lakes. The parking is a little narrow and difficult to mauver if there are other vehicles in the lot. There are areas to park on the edges for larger vehicles though.
