Was unaware of the no AC until arriving. Other than that it was a nice stay, the bathroom could have been cleaned better.
Overall a good property. Room had everything I needed
The place was easy to access off the main road. This property has no lobby or staff on site. Everything is done through text. The rooms were clean. This is an older establishment. No frills, but met our needs.
VERY close to Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park. Newly updated room #8. Clean, quiet and comfortable!

It’s very cheap, and for good reason. The room smelled very musty/moldy. The bed was comfortable but they need to upgrade the sheets/bedding because the “comforter” was pathetically thin and barely covered the bed. If you want something really cheap and are staying for a weekend and are used to motels that meet the bare minimum, then go for it, if not, I’d stay somewhere else

Broken dishes and trash in the kitchenette area, broken window, dirty floors and dishes. Wasnt sure if sheets were ever changed. Outlets did not work.
