Kubu Artha Bungalow Nusa Penida

The host was an amazing guy, and his family were experts in hospitality. They made us breakfast, lunch and diner for a good price. The host explains lots of things about the culture if you are interested. He even brought us to a traditional ceremony together with his son. The accommodation itself was clean, and you can really find yourself in peace here. That is if you like to be in nature. In the night, you will hear animals (birds and geckos), and the roof can be quite noisy. Also, there are lots of insects outside, and we encountered a spider in the bathroom. This was a very fun experience for us, and we would recommend this to anyone.

Gede was a very hospitable host.

really close to nature, almost in the jungle, very calm and quiet. friendly host, delicious banana pancake and pineapple juice fresh from their garden. room was clean and spacious, ac working well.

the location is ok if you have a motorbike, not comfortable for walking or even with car. there was no furniture to put on bags or clother, no hanger, this should be added for comfort.

The staff were very friendly, super helpful in booking trips for us with local providers, and taxis when we needed them. The breakfast was delicious too. The bungalows were very spacious & comfy. The location is great too, only 3 mins walking to the beachfront.

Location was good, very near to the road side and nearby to the diving center.

Nothing bad, just maybe a kind suggestion to have lights on the pathway. Kinda spooky walking out in dark if you have stayed quite late outside .

Very near to mambo diving center and was very comfortable. My room was cleaned daily.

We had a wonderful time at our bungalow. It was such a cosy cabin and Gede was an incredible host. He gave us great tips about the island and was in general such a lovely person. Always in for a talk and we even got to taste fruits from the garden. He also took us on a trip to Tembeling beach which was really cool. The bungalow is close to lots of restaurants and the beach. In the night it was really quiet so we could relax. The beds were good and the shower had good pressure with warm water. In the morning we were provided with a basic, but good breakfast for a small price. Overall a great experience, would recommend! :)
