- Very unfriendly It took me a lot of time to write a detailed review with the pros and cons. They then wrote this reply: “Senile German ... you are too old, so your mind and brain are also too old to remember anything ... hopefully you don't forget your family and your own home” The owner did not write what I allegedly described incorrectly because everything is correct. Every guest and every diver can confirm this. - I stayed 3 nights and not just one night as the owner writes in his reply. - Everything is quite far away: Mini markets, restaurants, ATMs and dive shops. - Very slippery and dangerous towel before bath At the door in front of the bathroom there is a folded towel on the very slippery floor. I slipped on it the last morning. A finger on my right hand hurts, is very swollen and a little blue in color. A month later, my middle finger still hurts with certain movements. - It is impossible to sleep in heavy rain because of the noise on the roof. - Lots of chickens in the distance from 4am in the morning, some only 3 m away I couldn't sleep past 4 or 5 o'clock. - Very dark bungalow The bungalow is very dark during the day and evening with lights on. When I was doing something on my laptop in the evening, sometimes I could barely see the characters on the keys. - Pillow too high There were 2 pillows on the bed, both of which were way too high. So, at night I laid my head on a towel. - Terribly slow WiFi last evening The last evening, I couldn't do anything with my laptop because the WiFi was very slow. - Relative expensive - If you are a certified diver: The diving in Kommodo National Park is much better than off Nusa Penida. There you see a lot more (manta rays, sharks, turtles, all kinds of fish), the visibility is much better and there is no thermocline (water is suddenly only 20 degrees instead of 26 degrees 5 seconds ago). Don't waste your time diving off Nusa Penida, go straight to Kommodo National Park. It's worth it.

Beautiful property, very well looked after. Hosts were very polite and friendly. Property located in a perfect position, not too far from anything.

Wish we could stay longer

Amazing staff, they were extremely helpful and always very friendly and approachable. The daily breakfast with home grown ingredients was also 10/10. Will definitely be staying here again next time I’m in Nusa Penida
