Location, 24/hr to check in, clean for one night

Arrived for our first night in Bali. Checked in 3am and was demanded to go to go to the ATM wouldn’t let us pay in the morning despite it being this time of the morning and we had no idea where there even was an ATM. Minimal English is fine but when you’ve no manners is different. Then showed us to the room which he didn’t even help with our bags as there was about 5! After settling into the room we got knocked on twice after 3am . Once for towels and second time for water. Great to have these but we’re trying to sleep at this stage of the night! Then the next morning 10:50 get another knock reminding us check out is 11. Glad we only stayed one night because they were so unbelievably rude. Dismissed my boyfriend when he was trying to check out. Not a great welcome or impression for first timers in Bali!

The location of the property was good.

I pre-booked transport to collect me from the airport but when I arrived at the airport there was no transport there to collect me. I had to pay a taxi to get to the accommodation. False advertising!

Accomodation near to beach. Best ratio between price/quality. Stuff are kind.

Big room with good AC

Lots of building work out front and a narrow hallway to enter was a bit odd

Nobody spoke any english. Arrived late and was pushed to go to an atm 20 min further to get money.

Great budget stay.
