The Last Hotel

Great hotel only thing is squeaky floors in hallway & the hole in the ceilings in bedroom

The hotel was very neat looking. The room wasn't ready when we got there so we had to wait to check in. The Valet was amazing. He was friendly and super helpful. Made up for the wait. Close to enterprise center so easy walk to concert, but wouldn't have been safe without a group I don't think. Too bad that there wasn't any food after 2pm. They need a place to eat because the places close are all bars.

The hotel was okay. There was a horrible smell in the lobby. The water smelled very strongly like sulfur or rotten eggs or something. It was awful. Didn’t use the water for anything other than showers. The bed had a huge dip in the middle to roll into. Cleanliness was questionable. It was walking distance to some great places, the city museum is directly behind it.

Very nice place. Check in took a bit longer than supposed to. Some staff members weren’t the friendliest. Overall though it was a nice place.

BED BUGS. I always always always check no matter how nice the hotel is. When I went to do my check of the mattress, there was a large bed bug under the flap on the corner of the mattress. We immediately took our belongings and left. When I spoke to the manager and front desk staff they were very kind but they did not even go to the room to confirm there was an infestation which tells me they already knew they had it. They gave us a refund and we left.

Had anticipated my stay here for quite time, frequently visiting the website, gazing at the view, reading about the luxurious stay to come. Was very disappointed, it's four-star luxury never appeared. Unfortunately, the hotel was obviously understaffed, the bars and restaurant not functioning, no room service. Most disappointing was the rooftop deck, THE VERY REASON I BOOKED THIS HOTEL, the pool was clouded, not heated as advertised, even after several requests in my 2 night stay. Aluminum cans rolling around in the wind. Not 4 star accommodations.

There is no self parking at the hotel. Local parking on the streets with meters. Hotel provides valet parking for $40.00 a day. Area around hotel dimly lit. Staff was very friendly. Rooms are not easy to find. All restaurants in hotel were closed for maintenance. Would not recommend.

Love the location and room decorations. Tip to visitors that you can park across the street or use valet parking.
