Parfait, tout se fait à pied depuis l'appartement. Nombreux restaurants pour le petit déjeuner ainsi que les autres repas de la journée

Machine à café trop petite

Ubicación perfecta. Al lado de la Basílica de San Petronio, Rodeada de restaurantes y bares. Se podía ir andando a cualquier sitio. Al apartamento no le faltaba de nada, muy bien equipado, en buen estado y muy limpio.

El acceso al apartamento no es cómodo si vas con maletas de ruedas o carrito de niños, hay que subir varios tramos de escaleras (como cinco o así). El sofá era pequeño y no muy confortable.

Location was good, owner was friendly and helped us.

there was no elevator and we had to walk 5 floors to get the apartment. Maybe it was written already and I missed it but it was hard to get there.

Premesso che ci tornerei e quasi certamente ci tornerò. L'alloggio ha tanti lati positivi: posizione centrale e molto comoda ma allo stesso tempo silenziosa (un plauso ai gestori del pub sottostante, molto attenti su questo tema). Buona la dotazione in cucina. Il bagno nuovo, pulito e ben organizzato. Ottima comunicazione con l'host, istruzioni chiare e semplici, sempre presente seppur a distanza. L'appartamento si sviluppa in un unico ambiente, la zona del letto matrimoniale non è separata da una porta ma è aperta, con una mezza parete e un muretto divisorio. Lo consiglierei ad una coppia con un eventuale figlio piccolo (il divano letto mi è sembrato ad una piazza, max una e mezza). Rapporto qualità-prezzo rimane buono, consapevoli dei prezzi di Bologna, della loro variabilità in basa agli eventi in città, del risparmio di tempo e denaro che offre la posizione centrale. Detto questo, mi sento di dare un 8 che ritengo essere un voto buono se consideriamo la classica scala di voti usata a scuola, quella che ti consente di cogliere le sfumature tra un'insufficienza e una sufficienza, tra un discreto e un buono. Capisco (perchè ci ho a che fare anch'io nel mio lavoro) che in quest'epoca di feedback si tenda a considerare positivi solo i 9 e i 10 ma così facendo ritengo che si snaturi il servizio offerto ai clienti. Se dovessimo appiattire tutto verso l'alto, perderebbero di significato soprattutto i voti alti, resi quasi ininfluenti dall'omologazione del 10. Invito il colosso Booking a prendere in considerazione queste mie riflessioni, a far partire questa rivoluzione al contrario e ad apprezzare anche il 6 o il 7 dato alle varie strutture

Posizione ottimale, appartamento pulito e fornito di ogni confort.

Excellent location in an historic building in the heart of the old town. Many restaurants, bars etc all around- really this is right in the middle of it!

There is a registration process involving sending passport images and paying the city tax (23.2 Euros for 2 of us for 2 nights); I think this is organised by a third party company- this was tedious but workable. Seems like a way of passing on the administrative work to the visitor via some admin company- tedious: I am on holiday, and don’t want to be bothered with this sort of stuff. The photos on the posting are very clever- they do not make the viewer realize just how limited space is in this apartment- For the bedroom area there is full headroom above the bed (only), and then only if you push the bed against the wall. The rest of the bedroom area would be fine for a leprechaun but actually represents a danger for anyone trying to get out of bed; a few sore heads in the night from that one!!. Shower and toilet area may be challenging for larger people- I was only just able to squeeze in! Kitchen poorly supplied with pots, crockery etc. Just one wine glass in Bologna??!! Plenty of salt though- but the salt grinder didn’t work.. Not much else re supplies, not even a few tea bags or coffee sachets…
