The location is fantastic. You can't ask for a better spot. Although we didn't meet the host, everything is handled quickly and professionally via WhatsApp.

Could do with a spruce up. Paint and linen looking a bit tired.

Appartamento con posizione centralissima, vicino a tutte le attrazioni storiche di Bologna! Arredamento moderno e lenzuola+tovaglie pulite. Il riscaldamento funzionava benissimo. Il proprietario è stato disponibile per informazioni e chiarimenti.

Ad eccezione delle lenzuola e delle tovaglie, la pulizia non era ottimale. Le pareti del bagno erano sporche, il piatto doccia e il box non sono stati adeguatamente puliti. Stesso discorso per il pavimento dell'appartamento. Il lavello presentava qualche residuo di cibo e il piano della cucina delle briciole.

Posizione centralissima.

All'arrivo appartamento gelido 11°C ci sono volute diverse ore affinché la temperatura raggiungesse 20°, anche le lenzuola del letto erano di conseguenza fredde quasi umide per questo per nulla confortevole. Consiglio all'host in inverno di accendere il riscaldamento alcune ore prima del check-in. Al fine di far trovare l'appartamento con una temperatura accogliente. PS Anche il clima impostato su riscaldamento non è risultato sufficiente.

Posizione ottimale per girare il centro città, circondato da locali e a pochissimi metri da piazza maggiore

Essendo un palazzo storico non dispone di ascensore, ed essendo l’appartamento una mansarda può essere scomoda da raggiungere con dei bagagli pesanti o, come nel mio caso, se si prende una brutta slogatura della caviglia durante il soggiorno

Les horaires du pub en bas de la rue, mais les fenêtres fermées, ça va. Et l appartement 5 est climatisé
