Great area and overall the stay was very good. We had quite some problems to find the property though, some information and a picture of the bulding would be very helpful. The communication via WhatsApp was very quick and efficent.

Too many things were broken and old. The place needs an update.

W dniu zapłaty dostajesz listę -czego Ci nie wolno -lista jest tak długa jakbyś wynajmował apartament za kilka milionów -to trochę zniechęca .W mieszkaniu nie ma podstawowych rzeczy jak np mydła do rąk w łazience ,nie ma ekspresu do kawy ,nie ma zapasowych worków do śmieci -w regulaminie jest ,że trzeba wyrzucać śmieci ,ale nie jest napisane gdzie .Bardzo ciężko ustawić klimatyzację -mam wrażenie ,że robię wszystko ,żeby nie używać klimatyzacji ,generalnie trzeba ją ustawić w 3 miejscach -dziwne ,że nie robi tego personel przed samym przyjazdem gości szczególnie teraz kiedy jest 36 stopni .

It was very noisy even after 10 p.m. The AC is working hard to create a good comfort The taps are splashing you with water, so they are a bit tricky It's a pity that you can't use either the washing machine or the dishwasher In the apartment, it wasn't as clean as expected

Perfect position in the historical center of Verona, very close to all the main monuments.

The apartment was not well maintained, with a strong smell of stagnant water in the bathroom and a non-functioning roller shutter. The blanket of the sofa bed had big yellow stains. No espresso machine, and the moka could not work directly on the induction plate. It's a pity, as the apartment is overall nice and very well positioned, but the "basic" comfort I would expect for the price paid are missing.

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation and would like to come back as soon as possible! I really can't understand the partly very bad comments of the other visitors? It was clean, quiet and lacked nothing. If you have a question or a problem, you can contact the administration very easily via WhatsApp and they will help you very quickly. Even after official office hours! Of course, there can always be something wrong, but that happens everywhere, even in a Hilton! As I said, a short message is enough and you will be helped! We especially liked the large balcony with its comfortable furniture.

The only thing we missed was a power socket on the balcony (and a few more clothes pegs 😂). And we prefer separate duvets instead of a large one to be shared. Anyway, we would love to come back!
