Great location

When we arrived, the property was not ready for us and had an unpleasant odor. Upon returning a few hours later, we found that the apartment had been cleaned, but there was still a musty smell coming from the bathroom. Additionally, the air conditioning in the bedroom was not functional, which made our nights uncomfortable.Also the door shutter connecting to the veranda was stuck, and despite being assured that it would be fixed on Monday, no one came to resolve the issue.

The location was great and the facilities it had were just what we needed for a 4 night stay, the balcony space was an added bonus.

The property needed some maintenance and looked quite tired. The cleanliness was very disappointing and we had to contact the company.

We were excited to stay at an apartment that stated to be luxury but it turned out to be just an average apartment. Some things were not as expected and some were great! The check-in kind of set the tone for our stay - We had to pay a service fee which was quite a lot + city tax (amount you wouldn't casually have on you in cash). The man who checked us in required us to pay up front in cash when we arrived although the Italian laws claim that you pay when you leave (and the three other places we'd stayed at during our trip followed that). He was really rude and insisted on us either giving him a credit card number or walking to an ATM to take out cash. Seemed like their only concerns were money but not their guests... The apartment was not very clean as there was mascara on the bathroom sink, toothpaste on the black bathroom door, the curtains had brown stains all over them and the balconies hadn't been swept since last summer and so on. Further, there came no water from the kitchen sink, the bathroom flooded during each shower and the apartment couldn't been locked from the outside. The good thing was that the apartment perfectly located, and we were surprised to find a washing machine to use (but there was no drying rack so we had to improvise). The bedroom was nice, but the AC was a bit too cold during the nights and there were only sponge-pillows in the bed. It's a nice apartment, but definitely not luxurious and I wouldn't pay a lot of amount for staying there..

Very nice apartment, clean, modern, in the middle of Verona. If you dont have wifi, it could be difficult to contact the owner for checkin anyway. But thats a very little problem. So everything ok.

O local foi uma agradável surpresa, o apartamento estava extremamente limpo, tudo muito novo, a anfitriã foi super simpática durante toda a estadia, o apartamento e super bem localizado recomendo muito...
