Great quiet location close to the centre of town. A spacious and well appointed loft.

Bathroom could do with a freshen up....Some shower molud and hand basin partially blocked and therefore slow to empty.

shower leaking out as door wasn’t tight so one of us had to hold it shut. and caused issues. we could see how it had happened previously.

Nothing, all was excellent

Location and overall ambience were both excellent

Unfortunately the dishwasher did not work, and the gas pressure was very low. The shower door did not fit tightly and so water leaked onto the floor.

Stunning apartment in a great location. Daniel, who met us to show us the property on arrival was fantastic.

Close to Piazza Maggiore and the centre. Big enough for a family of three. A lot of drawers. Good shower.

It’s a 40min Ute walking distance from the Bologna Centrale train station.

Very nice and modern apartment with lots of facilities in a beautiful central area, communication with the host was perfect.

The bed headboard was quite dusty, as well as the space behind the headboard

lack of glasses ! only 1 water glass, no wine glasses , no tea towels, cooking hob not great as in the Italian coffee pot wouldn’t fit on the hob without wobbling! kitchen tap sprays everywhere and nothing to wipe up with. No hand wash in either bathroom although an empty container in one and bathroom bin broken. couldn’t work out the heating to put towel rail on to dry our towels. Messaged Fabio who checked us in and said message if any issues but no reply - not surprised really.
