Quirky, well designed to use the space well; plenty of space

On minor things. Lots of light switches, hard to fathom what does what! Take the elevator when arriving - on second floor, but that's lots of steps!

The location is good. Close to Piazza Maggiore and shops and restaurants. Late check-in for a fee was good. Bed and bathroom upstairs adequate but not great.

No tea towels, no washing powder for either dishwasher or washing machine.. No hand soap in the bathroom. The gas cooker was a bit of a challenge too. The kettle had some mysterious stuff stuck on the bottom so did not use it.

"Wonderful, modern apartment in an excellent location."

A beautiful and comfortable modern apartment in a great location less than 10 minute walk from the Two Towers. There is a mini mart a minute away and also a lovely bar. Staff (Andrea) were brilliant and explained everything fully. We were also in contact with the company via WhatsApp so we could ask any further questions we had directly, I appreciated that greatly.

Maybe I've been spoilt previously but there were no welcome comforts I.e. coffee/tea or snacks when we arrived. There were not enough towels or pillows for us, but that is most likely personal preference.
