Amazing location in the heart of Valladolid, convenient with the parking and nice colonial design with a pool

Beautiful place

Nice hotel ,centrally located. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Only downside was that although we had been told there was building work currently going on, we were informed it would start from 8am which we were willing to accommodate, however the loud noise actually started at 6.45 & continued. Acknowledge this is only a temporary issue.

very well located. a few blocks from downtown. Hotel was under some construction work and some noisy at times.

Clean rooms, showers work very well, friendly service and many food options around. What else may a traveler need?

Nice hotel near the center of town. Very pretty courtyard. The room was nice, clean and spacious.

Excellent customer service! The staff was very friendly and very helpful, told us about a restaurant to try and we ate there on three different days. It was also excellent. The courtyard was very unique with a nice swimming pool, it was actually a beautiful courtyard

The hotel was located close to restaurants, the main plaza, and a quick walk to many attractions. We had no idea what to expect in Valladolid, but really liked the town. We extended out 1 night into 3 days. It's a beautiful town, with amazing restaurants and great sites near by. The room was spacious and clean, the only issue was that the internet was not reliable in the room, but worked well in the common area.

Very attractive hotel. Spacious room. Comfortable beds. Excellent location. Some small issues diminish the experience: loose faucet; water slow to drain from the shower; no safety deposit box neither in room nor at the office; very iffy internet connection. OK for a one-night stay.
