The location is very good

The decor is very out dated and needs improving. There was water damage on the walls very clear in all rooms. The shower head was broken and sprayed water on bathroom floor to which my mother in law fell and seriously hurt herself. The beds are cot beds and not very comfortable. Very dated and I will not be coming back to these apartments unless they have a full overhaul.

Lo único bueno del alojamiento es su ubicación.

Alquilé este apartamento porque ponía que tenía aire acondicionado y en pleno mes de julio lo tiene roto. Otros visitantes nos dijeron que ellos estuvieron en nuestro apartamento y que se cambiaron porque ni tenían intención de arreglar el aire acondicionado. Me parece fatal que se oferte algo que no se puede ofrecer. Las camas todas deformadas, a simple vista se podía apreciar el agujero causado del desgaste La ducha estaba mal sellada y se salía en aire. Luego no hay nunca nadie en la recepción para comentar quejas o solucionar posibles averías. Hemos pagado casi 100€ por noche, precio excesivo para lo que realmente oferta los apartamentos. Yo no volvería a repetir. Por ese precio tienes habitación en hoteles con unas condiciones mucho mejores e incluso desayuno incluido

- Apartment gleicht etwas einer Gefängiszelle - Küche mager ausgetattet (kein Salz, kein Öl, kein Schneidebrett) - Keine Handseife und oder Duschgel/Shampoo. Badezimmer ist heruntergekommen (wie bereits von anderen Gästen geteilt) - Keine WLAN Verbindung im Haus und auch nur sehr wenig draussen - Keine Antworten auf meine Rückfragen im Chat. Sobald ich meine Daten geschickt hatte, wurde ich im Chat ignoriert.

Given that these apartments were bought nearly 2 years ago from the lovely previous owners would have expected improvement as the price has increased but no exactly the same. 1 side of the wardrobe door didn't slide so couldnt use reported it but nothing done, it will have been like that for a long time and people in after us will have had the same issue. Maintenance guy on site but not able to fix in the 11 nights we were there. Used to be adults only they now allow children but still have signs up saying adults only.

Es hat schon besser Zeiten gesehen. Die Ausstattung war sehr spartanisch. Der Fernseher ging nicht, und Mobiliar im Schlafzimmer wirkte schon recht abgerockt. Das Bad war in Ordnung aber das Wohnzimmer hatte den Charme einer Bahnhofshalle. Die Sauberkeit war ok nur mit etwas mehr Liebe zur Einrichtung würde dem Ganzen schon sehr helfen! Sorry

Having reported safe did not work- no attempt to fix it during my stay 😡 ie no security all holiday! 🤷‍♂️

Location wise this spot is good for watersports fans or people that want to stay close to the beach. Its also close to the city center

Appartment looks quite depressing from the inside, tubelight, not very well maintained, cracks in the ceiling, ants walking on the floor, the beds were sagged. The appartment is fenced which is positive but on the other hand you are watching a high fence, no view whatsoever (if you are situated on the ground floor). Further the smell of the nearby restaurants is pretty dominant.

De locatie. Direct aan zee, dichtbij het oude centrum.

Bedden zijn slecht. Het is kaal en sfeerloos. Slechte communicatie. Er is overdag wel iemand aanwezig bij de receptie maar die doet geen moeite om iets tegen je te zeggen, zelfs geen begroeting. Er wordt niet ook niet per mail gevraagd of alles goed is. Er ligt ook geen informatie in het appartement. Dat zijn wel verbeterpunten.
