The property is perfectly located for those wanting to be close to beach (20m) particularly if you are bringing water toys (wing foiling, wind surfing, paddle boarding and surfing all popular from beach)

Apartments seem to have changed hands since last year and definite reduction in service quality. Very nice young man on reception Mon-Fri but generally only 10-12am so most of the time no one around, particularly when people arrive which would be nice. I witnessed 3 occasions when newly arrived guests could not enter property due to various problems with key boxes (specifically one had booked through a 3rd party and owners weren't prepared to help, second person couldn't get into key box which had jammed so had to wait 40mins for owners to arrive to open and third person given wrong key box details). Second major problem was cleaning which used to be amazing. The following specific issues are new: 1) outdoor patio areas for each flat no longer cleaned every time interior is cleaned. These areas rapidly fill with sand, hair and rubbish (if it rains and you are on ground floor the overflow from the balcony above drains directly into your patio area complete with any rubbish or cigarette buts the upstairs inhabitants have left!). This needs to be cleaned twice weekly with hose. 2) towels disappeared. We had a beach and indoor towel for each of us at start including 2 bath mats but by end of holiday had lost both beach towels and one bath towel and one bath mat! We wouldn't have minded if these had just been left and not cleaned which would have been much better than not being replaced. This may have been due to some issue with towel numbers or cleaning but if they just have a notice saying we'll leave your towelling unless you chuck on the floor, then we would just have kept everything anyway. Annoying. 3) Needs a bit more investment to keep looking tidy. All a bit tired now - wobbly handle on gate to complex, sun loungers faded and sagging, some broken plastic chairs, no scissors or fruit knife in kitchen (asked and given latter, had to buy former). Overall feeling is that the new owners are running it pretty lean. Never saw them on site.

Geen schoonmakers gezien. Moeten vragen om toiletpapier en handdoeken. Had het fijn gevonden als het af en toe eens werd schoongemaakt. Slaapkamer rook muf ,hing ook een luchtverfrisser. Gemeld maar kreeg er geen reactie op.

Grand appartement, pas tout neuf mais propre. Super bien situé, plage sympa juste en sortant, et à 2 pas du centre ville.

Sans être difficile, la literie mérite clairement d’être renouvelée.

La trascuratezza nei dettagli , da rinnovare elettromestici. Stoviglie e impianti idraulici datati . Asciugamano bucato e liso . Assenza di connessione Wi-Fi ( esistente solo sul terrazzo )
