"Good economy stay in Mountain View"

Good value for Mountain View. Staff were friendly.

Elevator was broken the whole time I was there. Room was facing El Camino Real, so a bit noisy.

"Good Stay, But..."

The hotel was convenient to shopping and eateries. The staff was absolutely wonderful! I was disappointed that the elevators did not work for the weekend. That meant checking in, then exiting the main facility to walk across the driveway to take the stairs. The staff offered to carry my luggage as I recently had knee surgery. Honestly, had I known ahead of time, I would have cancelled my reservation and booked somewhere else. Otherwise, my room was comfortable; breakfast was good, and the staff was professional.
