Treebo Vhyomaan Resort With Swimming Pool

It's far away from the centre but that is okay...But the manager and his antics were absolutely freakish and third class. we were two families with kids staying for 2 nights..From 2nd day morning there was no provision for hot water..imagine that in mahabaleshwar in January month...we still managed as we were having programs and needed to go..But in night again no hot water was there and other guests also complained about the same...This is terrible from treebo hotels..Also next day in morning, there was no electricity in one of the rooms booked and no hot water in our room... This was the most pathetic and worst trip in years for my entire family in mahabaleshwar.. Please do something regarding such irresponsible and such callous attitude manager..Ruined our entire stay

The hotel was all dusty. The pool and trampoline were not clean. There are no activities to be done there. Hot water was not available smoothly. We checked in very late in the evening, and even then the room was not clean.

The location was good although the approach road is bad. The staff is helpful.

The break fast has to be improved. the hot water was only available in morning hours that too was just warm water. had to request for hot water and after sometime they adjusted the mixing from central location to get some hot water. The linen needs to be cleaned with some better detergent. there was no freshness .

maintenance staff behaviour, queen size bed, mattress quality, no maintenance of game zone, garden, break fast was also ok type.

Staff was very helpful. Food was good.

Bathroom was flooding with water. Window lock was broken. The hot water kettle was leaking. Game zone room is not maintained properly.

Only food was good even though a bit expensive. Breakfast was adequate though not what one would expect for the price one pays.

Dirty rooms, smelling toilets, even the smell fills up the room, Hand wash bottles were empty, the tea/coffee kettle never switches off and starts working even when the switch is off, very dangerous, TV and remote not working, surrounding third grade. Booking.com must physically survey the place before recommending it. Worst ever hotel in my life span.
