swimming pool wasn't cleaned properly. Even after they cleaned with chemicals, water remained dirty, it needed change of water.

Property is at vey good location. Just need few signages from Panchgani & Mahabaleshwar, for road guidance... Room are much bigger then other locations. clean and hygiene maintained at all the spots of the hotel. STAFF very corporative.

The staff is good and a good location too. They do have all basic amenities but it is no match to the price charged.

Definitely not a 3-star property, so not worth spending so much on it. Garden and swimming pool are not great enough to appeal you to spend time there.

The kitchen staff was untrained, food was below average, we were asked to have tea in disposable cups during buffet breakfast as they didnt hav people to wash utensils, the pool was dirty, the geyser wasn't working and they gave water in buckets like village style, nothing from the wifi to the television worked, the entrance is pitch dark and difficult to find at nights, their board says dance floor and stuff but when asked the reception was clueless....overall a below average stay...never visiting again
