I always have the best experiences while im there. I couldnt ask for better customer service or a more positive upbeat friendly atomosphere

Location was fine. Our room was not that clean. Lots of dust and dirt around the rooms surgacesband floors. Staff was friendly but service at the bar/restaurant was very slow.

I was in Fort Wayne for a genealogy conference and chose this hotel because of its proximity to the Fort Wayne Conference Center. Despite some negatives mentioned below, I'd stay there again. Pluses: - Location (Other hotels aren't far from the Conference Center, but the Hilton has an easy indoor connection.) - Very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. (I appreciated their help several times, when they quickly printed out copies that I needed.) One exception though, on arrival: a staffer, perhaps new, who couldn't find my reservation -- even though I had already checked in online. Her associate quickly found it. - Free, friendly, and reliable airport shuttle. - My room (a double queen) was spacious and comfortable, with a good-sized closet and bathroom vanity. Not so good: - On my first night there, I turned down the covers and found two brown pellets on the sheets. They were probably shelled pistachios -- so not as scary as I first imagined -- but still, their presence was an indication that sheets hadn't been changed Yuk! - The wooden furniture in my room looked a bit shabby and the toilet was rusty and difficult to flush. - Housekeeping repeatedly failed to refill coffee supplies (coffee, sugar, stirrers, etc.) but did when I left a note.

Bathroom, caulking, head mildew, and the drain was corroded through the tub and you could very easily tell that by taking a shower it would leak into the subfloor. I don’t know how the rooms below didn’t get soaked.

I needed to stay one night and saved money by taking the airport shuttle. There is a restaurant on site for dinner, a bar, and Starbucks is also there for an extra breakfast option or just a cup of coffee. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It was perfect for what I needed.

Staff is always amazing. Especially Cody at the front desk that works nights. Hes a blessing and was very helpful our entire stay. Went above and beyond for us and made sure we were settled in with all the right accomodations as well as in alm tue right ways, especially finacialy

Air conditioning didn’t work well. Bath tub backed up with water around my ankles. Very gross.
