The cookies were excellent, the shuttle driver was amazing, funny and kind. The staff at the counter upon check-in were warm, cheerful, and welcoming on New Year's Eve. Bottled water was a nice touch.

The water pressure in the shower was low. The food during lunch at the restaurant was not tasty and pricey. It would be nice if there was a microwave to warm up the food that may be refrigerated. The gentleman at the counter at check out was on the phone for 15 minutes and ignored us standing in line to check out at 6:00 am. Overhearing the conversation that sounded like it was with an employee and did not sound pressing enough to place on hold for customer service. We got tired of waiting and almost missed the shuttle waiting. I just placed the key on the counter and ran to catch the shuttle to the airport. An exit should be as warm as the welcome.

My CHECK-IN experience was SUPER, AWESOME, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL. Also those hot delicious cookies wow some kind of good. I really love how the guy asked if I had any allergies to nuts or chocolate.

The bathroom could have been a little more cleaner. The bathroom floor still had black long hair on it.
